OAT-licious energiser pancakes
Ingredients

- 5 tablespoons Quaker Instant Oats

- 150g Morinaga pancake mix

- 1 egg

- 100mL almond or soy milk

Procedure

1. Soak oats in milk for 10min till soft.  

2. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix till smooth. Let the batter sit for 2 minutes while you heat your pan over medium heat.  

3. Adjust to low heat. Add pancake batter 1/3 cup at a time. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and tiny bubbles appear around the edges. Flip and cook 2 minute more.  

4. Serve pancakes with fresh fruit and a drizzle of pure maple syrup. Enjoy!
