Parmesan Oats with Miso-Butter Mushrooms
Ingredients

Miso

-Butter Mushrooms

- Knob of Butter

- 1 teaspoon of Miso Paste

- A bunch of Shimeji Mushrooms (or mushrooms of your choice)  

Parmesan Oats

- 1½ cups of milk

- A pinch of Dashi Powder

- Pepper

- 30g Instant Oats



Garnish

- Chives

Procedure

Miso

1. Drop a knob of butter into a cold pan and wait for it to brown.

2. Add 1 teaspoon of miso, stir, and emulsify.

3. Add Shimeji mushroom and sauté.



Parmesan Oats

1. In a small pot, boil 1½ cups of milk.

2. Season with dashi powder and pepper.

3. Add oats and 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese, stir well.  

Garnish with chives, remaining parmesan cheese. Enjoy your savoury oats!
