Fruits and Oats Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients

- One cup of Quaker Instant Oatmeal

- 1 x Ping Dragonfruit

- 1 x Banana

- Any toppings of your choice (Blueberries, Nuts, Instant Oatmeal)

Procedure

1. Peel a Banana and a Pink Dragon fruit, and cut them into smaller bite-sized pieces.

2. Store the pieces of Banana and Pink Dragonfruit into a container and freeze the fruits for at least 2 hours.  

3. Once frozen fruits are ready, prepare a cup of Quaker Instant oatmeal in a bowl and add 10ml of hot water to the oats to cook them slightly.  

4. Add frozen Banana, Dragonfruit and bowl of oats into a blender and blend mixture well to create a thick fruits and oats smoothie.

5. Pour out the blended mixture into a bowl and sprinkle toppings of your choice! (Here i have added chopped almonds, bananas, dragonfruit, blueberries and Quaker Instant Oatmeal)
