Oats Avocado Protein Shake
For 2 cups of Avocado Oats Protein Smoothie:
- 5 to 6 Tbs of Quaker Oats
- 100ml of Fresh Milk
- 200 ml of Chilled Water
- 1tbs of Homemade protein powder
- 1 Medium Sizes Avocado, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 3 dates, seed removed and thinly sliced
- 2 dried figs thinly sliced (optional)
For topping:
- A pinch of Cinnamon Powder
- A pinch of Protein Powder
- Honey for Drizzle
- Walnuts thinly sliced
****Home made protein powder made with almonds, pistachios, walnuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds and all were roasted separately and blended well.
1. Take a blender.
2. Pour the Oats, protein powder, water chilled fresh milk, avocado, , dates, figs.
3. Blend well until smooth.
4. Add water to your consistency if needed.
5. Pour in a glass and and top it with a pinch of cinnamon powder, protein powder, sliced walnuts and drizzle with honey.
A total well balanced early morning drink enriched with fibre, protein, calcium, iron and other minerals.
