Ingredients
Overnight oat
- 1 cup Quaker Instant oats
- 1 cup unsweetened milk
Toppings:
- 1 banana sliced
- 1/4 cup blue berries
- 1/2 kiwi sliced
- 3 strawberries
- Few almonds
- Dash of ground cinnamon
Procedure
Make overnight oats:
1. In a sealable container, whisk together milk and Quaker instant oats.
2. Cover and place in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight to let the oats absorb the liquid and thicken.
Fruity oatmeal set:
1. Wash your papaya, then slice in half lengthwise .
2. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon and discard.
3. Pour your prepared overnight oats into your papaya and top with the above mentioned toppings.
