Creamy Avocado and Oats Smoothie

Ingredients
Smoothie (1 serving)
- 3 tbsp Quaker Instant Oatmeal
- 2 tbsp low fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 avocado
- 8-10 cubes of ice
- 100ml low fat milk
Toppings
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- Avocado
- Strawberry
- 1 slice of lemon
Procedure
1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in the blender till smooth.
2. Pour into a cup and decorate with toppings.
Serve it chilled. Both the young and old will love this healthy and yummy smoothie.
* can serve it warm by warming the milk and not adding ice.
