Healthy Fruity Oatmeal
Ingredients

- half a cup Quaker oats (instant)

- 1 tsp chia seeds

- 1 tbsp honey

- half banana

- 1 tbsp blueberries

- 2 strawberries

- 1/4 cup mix of walnuts and brazilian nuts

Procedure

1. In a small bowl, mix oats with hot water and honey

2. Add chia seeds, sliced strawberries, sliced bananas and blueberries

3. Add walnuts and Brazilian nuts

4. Enjoy a healthy breakfast! ?
