Healthy Simple Oatmeal
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup of Quaker Oats

- 1 Cup water or milk

- 1/4 of Broccoli

- 1/2 of Carrot

Procedure

1. Boil water or milk.

2. Stir in oats.

3. Cook about 5 minutes over medium heat; stir occasionally.

4. Pour the cooked oats in serving bowl.

5. Use a new pan, boil water 5 minutes.

6. Cut broccoli into 1-inch florets and slice carrots into 1/8- to 1/4-inch slices to boil the two together; cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are fork tender, stirring occasionally.

7. Pour away the water and place the boiled broccoli and slice carrots on the cooked oats from step 4.

8. Ready to consume.
