Mixed Vegetable Oat Pancake
- 1 cup of Quaker Oats
- 1 cup of finely chopped carrot
- 1 cup of finely chopped cabbage
- 1 cup of whole wheat atta
- 1 cup of 1 Ragi flour
- 5 to 6 green chilli
- 1 inch ginger
- 5 to 6 pods or garlic
- 1 big onion thinly sliced
- 1 Tbs of cumin seeds
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
- Oil/Butter/Ghee to cook/fry
1. Blend Chilli, ginger, garlic and cumin seeds to rough/fine paste.
2. Take a bowl and put inside oats, chopped onion, chopped cabbage, chopped carrot , blended spices paste, salt to taste and mix well with water until the consistency comes like a pancake batter.
3. Take a pan, once heated , pour the batter with a spoon into small pancakes, drip the oil/butter/ghee around the pancakes and cook it on a low flame until it is golden brown and flip it over to the other side and follow the same procedure.
