Homemade Honey Oatmeal Bagel

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of oats
- 1 cup self raising flour (or 1 cup plain flour + 2 tsp baking powder + 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup greek yoghurt (honey flavored)
- 1 beaten egg
Procedure
1. Combine the flour, yoghurt and egg. Mix them together and then knead them with bare hands. Use some flour to flour kneading area and hands. Be careful not to over-knead the dough.
2. Roll it into a ball shape, flatten the dough, make a hole in the centre.
3. Brush the dough with some egg wash.
4. Add the oats and other toppings of choice (e.g. cranberry sesame seeds etc) to the bagel dough.
5. Oven at 180 degrees for around 12mins.
6. Cool it for around 5 mins before slicing it.
