Ingredients
Ingredients (A)
- Unsalted Butter 90g (room temp)
- Shortening 50g
- Milk 40g (room temp)
- Castor Sugar 50g
- Vanilla extract 1tsp
Ingredients (B)
- Oatmeal 200g
- Dried Coconut flakes 70g
- Milk Powder 15g
- Baking Soda 1tsp
- Baking Powder 1.5tsp
- Salt 1/4tsp
- Cashew Nut 50g (roasted & crushed)
Ingredients (C)
- Rolled Oat (right amount)
- Cashew Nut (right amount)
- Egg Yolk 1(+water 1tsp)
Procedure
1. Mix ingredients (A) until smooth texture.
2. Mix all ingredients (B) evenly, and mix with (A) to make a smooth dough.
3. Divide into smaller round doughs, press lightly, coat with oats and cashew nut, apply egg wash.
4. Bake at 180°C for 18-20 minutes or until cooked.
