Ingredients

Ingredients (A)

  • Unsalted Butter 90g (room temp)
  • Shortening 50g
  • Milk 40g (room temp)
  • Castor Sugar 50g
  • Vanilla extract 1tsp

 



Ingredients (B)

  • Oatmeal 200g
  • Dried Coconut flakes 70g
  • Milk Powder 15g
  • Baking Soda 1tsp
  • Baking Powder 1.5tsp
  • Salt 1/4tsp
  • Cashew Nut 50g (roasted & crushed)

 

Ingredients (C)

  • Rolled Oat (right amount)
  • Cashew Nut (right amount)
  • Egg Yolk 1(+water 1tsp)
Procedure

1. Mix ingredients (A) until smooth texture.

2. Mix all ingredients (B) evenly, and mix with (A) to make a smooth dough.

3. Divide into smaller round doughs, press lightly, coat with oats and cashew nut, apply egg wash. 

4. Bake at 180°C for 18-20 minutes or until cooked.
