Ingredients
- 250g Self Raising Flour
- 100g Fine Sugar
- 50g Corn Oil
- 230g Water
- 50g Instant Oatmeal
- Permitted Food Colouring (optional)
- Filling inside (optional)
Procedure
1. Put all ingredients in a big bowl (except colouring and filling) and stir it till become smooth.
2. Separate the batter into few bowls.
3. Drip a few drop of colouring into the batter and stir it.
4. Pour 1/3 of batter into the mould (if you putting filling inside).
5. Pour the batter till the tip of the mould .
6. Put the mould into a steamer for 15mins with high heat.
7. After 15mins, turn off the gas and leave it for 5mins and it's done!!!
