Lamb roll wrapped with tofu and carrot

Ingredients
- 6 slices of lamb
- a tube of egg tofu
- half a carrot
- bbq sauce
- tempura flour 6 tablespoons
- Quaker Quickcook Oatmeal 3 tablespoons
- an egg
Procedure
1. Smash the tofu
2. Dice the carrot to small pieces
3. Put in a dash of pepper and a pinch of salt
4. Spread bbq sauce on the lamb
5. Spread the smashed tofu over the lamb
6. Use cling wrap to roll the lamb and keep it in shape for 30 min
7. Mix the tempura flour with water and egg
8. Dab the rolled lamb with the tempura flour mixture
9. Cover the lamb with oats
10. Air fry at 170 degrees for 10mins
