Tuna Patties

Ingredients
- 90 grams of instant oatmeal
- 85 grams of canned tuna
- 100 grams of broccoli
- 100 grams of carrot
- 1 Egg
- 20 grams of water
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
Procedure
1. Blend instant oatmeal to fine powder. Pour oat flour into a bowl.
2. Finely chop broccoli, carrot and garlic. Add to the bowl of oat flour.
3. Crack egg, add water and tuna spread to the bowl of oat flour. Mix all together till well combined.
4. Heat cooking oil over medium-high heat. Scoop 3 large tablespoon of batter to the heated pan, shape to round patties, and pan fry each side for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat until batter is used up.
5. Transfer cooked patties to a plate lined with paper towel to drain excess oil.
6. Transfer to a clear plate and it is ready to serve.
