Not Quite Chicken Rice
Ingredients

- Chicken thigh

- Seasoning: Sliced ginger, smashed garlic, salt, sesame oil, light sauce

- Ziploc bag

Procedure

1. Buy chicken thigh from supermarket or wet market, fresh one from wet market taste better; if you somewhat feel healthier eating chicken breast and don’t mind the taste not as good, buy chicken breast.

2. Prepare seasoning ingredients, place in ziploc bag with chicken thigh. Place in chiller over night.

3. Put chicken thigh in a small bowl and steam. DO NOT THROW AWAY THE INGREDIENTS AND ‘SOUP’ COLLECTED AFTER STEAMING IN BOWL.

4. Make appropriate amount of oats using “soup” found after steaming. If oats still dry, top up with water. Stir until desired consistency.

5. Debone and slice up chicken thigh. Stop here to enjoy and eat.

6. Put oats in a nice bowl, decorate with tomato, cucumber and pandan leaves. Arrange chicken. Take photo and post on IG.
