Oats n WholeWheat Dark chocolate Sea Salt Cookies
- 1/3 cup Quaker Oats (dry roasted)
- 2/3 cup WholeWheat Flour
- Half cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 1tbsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1~2 tsp milk
1) In a bowl mix all dry ingredients: Oats, wholewheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda.
2) In another bowl whisk together brown sugar, butter, vanilla essence and milk till they mix well into a smooth paste.
3) Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and knead it into a smooth dough.
4) Refrigerate it for half an hour.
5) Take equal amount of dough and roll it into a ball, flatten it between palms and put few grains of Sea salt in the middle, likewise place all rolled n flatten cookies on the parchment sheet.
6) Bake them for 13-15 mins @160degree in a pre-heated Oven.
7) Cool them fully on wired rack and store them in airtight container.
