PB&J (Peanut butter and Jam) Overnight Aats with Fruits

Ingredients
- 45g rolled oats or 1/2 cup = 158 kcal
- 10g chia seeds or 1 tbsp = 45 kcal
- 11g peanut butter = 65 kcal
- 60g yoghurt or 1/4 cup = 50 kcal
- 120ml almond milk or 1/2 cup = 29 kcal
- 20g jam (I used cranberry & blueberry) = 42 kcal
Procedure
1. firstly, put all ingredients in a jar and mix
2. leave it minimum 4 hours in the fridge or for best result overnight
3. Jam only being added the next day or upon eating (mix well)
4. lastly top with your favourite fruits
5. if you are a peanut butter lover you can add another tablespoon or desired amount and drizzle on top your overnight oats to get a fuller breakfast
