Tropical Oat Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of Quacker Instant Oats
- 1 medium frozen cut up banana (1 inch square)
- 5 cubes of frozen mango (1/2 inch square)
- 1/2 cup of Low fat no sugar yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of chia seed
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder Topping
- 1 teaspoon Flaxseed
- 6 cubes of cut mango (1/2 inch square)
- 6 cubes of cut papaya (1/2 inch square)
- 1/2 tablespoon goji berry
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed bran cereal
Procedure
1. Freeze cut mango and banana overnight.
2. Blend everything (except the toppings) in blender till smooth.
3. Add the toppings and enjoy!
