Quaker Oat Mochi
Ingredients
  • Psyllium husks 2 tsp
  • Water or milk 200ml
  • QUAKER instant oatmeal 1 tbsp
  • QUAKER Super Herbs and Cereals 1-2 tbsp
  • (Black Grains / Sesame Cereals)
  • Honey 1 tsp
Procedure

1. Take 2 tsp Psyllium husks mix with water in a small cup until it become mochi texture. Can adding more water if needed.



2. Put the Psyllium husks mochi into microwave for 1 minutes.



3. Blend the Quaker instant oatmeal and Super Herbs and Cerealsa together , put it on top of the Psyllium husks mochi.



4. Add some honey , fruit or any sauce you like with the Quaker healthy Mochi !

 

*Psyllium is beneficial to many parts of the human body (like Quaker Oatmeal!) ,  including the heart and the pancreas. Also can help to lose weight and maintain a healthy glycemic balance. It's a healthy dessert for everyone.
