Oaty Cheesecake!

Ingredients
-1 cup of toasted Quaker oats ( for base and topping)
- 50g melted butter
- Cinnamon powder
- 250g cream cheese
- 1 lemon
- 1 egg
- Sugar
- Flour
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 180 degree C
- Toast oats on pan for 2-3 minutes until brown and fragrant.
- Mix 3/4 cup of oats with sugar and spread at the bottom of cake pan.
- Pour butter on the oats and press down to make a base. Then bake for 10 minutes at 180 degree C.
- Use a hand mixer to beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add egg, 2 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of flour. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Mixture should be smooth, light and airy.
- Pour cream cheese into cake tin and bake for 10 minutes.
- Reduce the temperature to 110 degree C when the top of cheesecake has browned and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Cool cheesecake and top with toasted oats, cinnamon powder and sugar mixture.
