Apple Oat Crumble
Ingredients

For Filling:

  • 6 apples (4 green 2 red) 
  • 90 gr honey
  • 40 gr butter
  • 1 - 2 tbs all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 - 1 lemon juice
  • 60 gr raisin
  • For Crumble: 
  • 100 gr brown sugar
  • 125 gr melted butter
  • 100 gr all purpose flour
  • 100 gr instant oat (red color packaging)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 40 gr walnut (crushed)

Topping: Any ice cream

Procedure

1. For Crumble: mix well all ingredients for crumble and keep it in the fridge.

2. Slice apples (with/without skin) and soak in salt water.

3. Drain the apples, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Then cook until it has thicken then pour it inside a round pan.

4. Take out the crumbles from the fridge and cover the fillings. 

5. Bake in the preheat oven for 20-30 mins until golden brown at around 170-180 degree Celsius.

6. Serve with your fav ice cream topping.
