Chinese Oats and Black Sesame Paste Dessert

Ingredients
- 40g Black Sesame
- 10g White Sesame
- 30g Quaker Quick Cook Quaker Oatmeal
- 30g Sugar
- 600g Water
Procedure
1) Toast black and white sesame on a hot pan until fragrant (ensure that it does not burn else it will taste bitter).
2) Put sesame and oats into the blender and start blending. Once coarse, start adding water slowly until just enough to blend mixture.
3) Blend mixture on high for approximately 2-4 minutes or until smooth.
4) Strain mixture with a seive (optional).
5) Pour mixture to a pot, add sugar and heat it up untill boiling. Cook mixture for a further minute.
6) Garnish with white sesame seeds on top and serve hot!
