Easy Guilt-free Goreng Pisang

Ingredients
- 100g quaker oats
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 10g sugar
(this makes 4 goreng pisangs)
Procedure
This is a simple, healthy recipe that can be made under 15 minutes!
- Mash the banana with a spoon and mix with 70g of oatmeal and 10g of sugar
- Bring the mixture together with hands and shape it into rolls
- Coat the roll with the rest of the oatmeal
- Break the egg and separate the yolk and egg white
- Whisk the egg yolk and coat the banana roll with egg wash to give its golden brown colour when air-fried
- Air-fry the banana rolls for 10 minutes at 200 degree Celsius (5 minutes on each side)
- You can also bake the banana rolls for 20 minutes at 200 degree Celsius
- Enjoy your goreng pisang without guilt!
