Full Load of Goodness with Quaker
Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoons Quaker Instant Oatmeal
  • 4 tablespoons Hulled Millet
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 slice baked pumpkin
  • 4 thin slices of lotus roots
  • Cherry tomatoes 
  • Pine nuts
  • Dried raisins

 

 

Procedure

1) bake pumpkin for 20 mins

2) boil water and cook lotus roots.  Remove lotus roots from boiling water and set aside for use

3) Add hulled millet to boiling water and cook for 20 minutes 

4) Stir in instant Quaker oatmeal

5) Add chia seeds

6) Combine oatmeal, millet & chia seed into yummy porridge

7) Display with Baked Pumpkin, add oatmeal porridge and top with pine nuts & raisins

8) Add 2 slices of lotus roots to each side of pumpkin to look like a carriage and put 2 cherry tomatoes on the pumpkin 'seat'
