Healthy Kimchi Oats Beef Burger
Ingredients
  • 110g Minced beef (90% lean meat)
  • 2 tbsp Quaker quick cook oats
  • 20g Kimchi juice
  • 1/2 Egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • Handful of spinach
  • 2 tbsp of kimchi
  • 1 Burger bun
Procedure
  1. Soak oats in kimchi juice for 15 minutes.

     
  2. Mix beef, oats, egg, salt and black pepper. Slap beef into a bowl for 10-15 times. Shape it into a patty shape and fry for 3 minutes on each side in a hot pan with 1/2 tbsp of oil.

     
  3. Toast burger bun.

     
  4. Place spinach on the bottom bun, followed by hamburger, kimchi and top bun.
