Oishii Oat Bento Box
Ingredients

Oat based:

- 5 tablespoon of Quaker Instant Oatmeal

- 1 teaspoon of salt  

- A pinch of black pepper

- 2 cups of hot water  

Topping:

- Half cut hard boiled egg

- Cherry tomatoes

- Green apple slice

- Blueberry  

- 1 tablespoon of salmon tuna

- 1 tablespoon of chia seed

- 1 slice of seaweed

Procedure

1) First, mixed 5 tablespoon of Quaker Instant Oatmeal, with 1 teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of black pepper with 2 cups of hot water in a bowl.  

2) Stir well and start to put all your favorite toppings (here I am using fruit, salmon tuna and hard boiled egg for balanced nutrients)  

3) Lastly, add 1 tablespoon of chia seed and seaweed for more crunchy and flavourful!
