Steamed minced pork with Quaker oat and wolf berries
Ingredients

- 2 Tbsp Quaker instant oatmeal  

- 200g of minced pork  

- 1/2 Tbsp minced onion ?

- 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic ?  

- 1 Tbsp soya sauce  

- 1/4 Tbsp pepper

- 1 Tsp wolf berries

Procedure

1. Marinate minced pork with soya sauce, pepper, garlic ? and onions ?  

2. Add in Quaker instant oatmeal

3. Set aside for 30 to 60mins  

4. Place the wolf berries on top  

5. On medium heat and steam for 12-15mins  



This dish is so easy and simple to prepare yet healthy and packed with nutrition. Simply delicious and Quaker oat make it a much healthier choice. Bon appetit!
