Pan Seared Oatmeal Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 Pc of Chicken Breast
- 1 Pc of Mushroom
- Some Carrots
- 1/2 cup of Oat
- 1/2 cup of Flour
- 1 Egg
Condiments
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Rosemary
- Oregano
- Parsley
Procedure
- Julienne cut Carrots and mushrooms
- Slice chicken breast at the center to almost the end
- Add the Carrots and mushroom
- Use toothpicks to tighten the chicken breast so the fillings do not come out.
- Add in a punch of condiments on each side of the chicken
- Heat up the frying pan with oil
- Dust chicken with flour
- Coat chicken with egg
- Coat chicken with Oat
- Add in chicken to pan with medium low heat
- Sear till both sides turns golden brown
- Remove the toothpicks and cut into small pcs
