Oat Crackers - Soy & Black Sesame Flavour
Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 120 grams Quaker instant oatmeal
  • 100 ml water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Soy flavour:

  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
  • 2 large sheets of seaweed

Black Sesame flavour:

  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
Procedure

1. Blend Quaker instant oatmeal with salt.

2. Once it is blended into fine powder, pour it into a bowl.

3. Add in water and knead to become a dough.

4. Divide dough to half. Put into two seperate bowl.

5. Cut seaweed into small strip.

6. To make soy flavour: add seaweed strip to one of the dough. Knead together till it is well mixed.

5. To make black sesame flavour: add black sesame seeds to another dough. Knead together till it is well mixed.

6. Roll out both dough to 0.1cm thick, on a parchment paper. Rolling each dough in different parchment paper. 

7. Use a knife to make cut and shape dough into a rectangle shape.

8. Brush light soy sauce on seaweed flavour dough.

9. Bake in the preheated oven at 220 dehree celsius for 17 minutes.

10. Remove from oven once it is done baking. Oat crackers will turn crispier when it has cool down.
