Oat-nana Tart
Ingredients

For 4 egg tarts:

  • 70g quaker oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 7g sugar
Procedure
  1. Mash the banana with a spoon and mix with the oatmeal

     
  2. Bring the mixture together with hands and coat it onto the cupcake liner

     
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius

     
  4. Break and whisk the egg with milk and sugar

     
  5. Strain the mixture to ensure no bubbles

     
  6. Take the egg tart crust out and pour the filling into the egg tart

     
  7. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius until the surface turns yellow

     
  8. Enjoy it while it’s hot!
