Oat-nana Tart

Ingredients
For 4 egg tarts:
- 70g quaker oats
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 7g sugar
Procedure
- Mash the banana with a spoon and mix with the oatmeal
- Bring the mixture together with hands and coat it onto the cupcake liner
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius
- Break and whisk the egg with milk and sugar
- Strain the mixture to ensure no bubbles
- Take the egg tart crust out and pour the filling into the egg tart
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius until the surface turns yellow
- Enjoy it while it’s hot!
