Ingredients
- 12g Quaker Oats
- 10g Whey Protein Powder (Sub for more oats)
- 10g Cocoa Powder
- Pinch of baking soda
- 2 tbs honey/ equivalent amount of stevia
- 10g runny peanut butter
- 62g Greek yogurt
- 30ml Milk
Your favourite toppings: I used banana and pb!
Procedure
1. Preheat oven to 180C & prepare your skillet.
2. Sieve flour, protein (if using), cocoa powder, baking soda & stevia into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
3. Add Greek yoghurt, peanut butter, honey (if using) and milk to dry mixture and stir to combine once more.
4. Add your batter to your prepared skillet and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
5. Pull out & top with whatever you like!
