Ingredients
1. Fusilli pasta (1 packet)
2. Quaker Oats (6 tablespoons)
3. Mango (1 whole mango sliced and diced)
4. Cherry Tomatoes (1 packet)
Condiments: Olive oil and Himalayan pink salt
Procedure
1. Cook the Fusilli pasta
2. While fusilli pasta is cooking, dice the mango and cherry tomatoes.
3. Drain off the water from the cooked fusilli pasta
4. Add in diced mango and tomatoes, stir fry till fragrant
5. Add a cup (~200mL) of hot water
6. Add Quaker Oats, stir. Add olive oil and salt to taste. Stir and cook for about 5mins.
Serve while it’s hot.
