Savoury Cheesy Oatmeal with Bacon

Ingredients
- 70g Quaker Instant Oatmeal
- 15g Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 50g Bacon Bits
- 2cups of Water
- 1 Egg
- Pinch of Salt
Garnish
- Pasley Flakes
- Chili Flake (optional)
Procedure
1. Heat up a non stick pan with sufficient of oil. Crack the egg into the pan and cook with medium low heat. Remove the egg from the pan and set aside.
2. Slowly cook the bacon over low heat until the bacon is crispy. About 5-6 mins. Remove the crispy bacon bits from the pan and set aside.
3. Add the water into a saucepan and boil. Once the water is boiled, turn off the heat. Add oatmeal, 2/3 of the cheddar cheese and salt. Stir well till everything is combined. (You may add in more hot water until it reaches your preferred texture.)
4. Transfer the oatmeal into a serving bowl. Top the eggs, remaining shredded cheddar cheese and crispy bacon bits on the oatmeal. Sprinkle some parsley flake and chili flakes for garnish.
