Berry Quaker Oat Bites

Ingredients
For the base crust:
- 75g (~5 pieces) of digestive biscuits
- 5 tsp milk
For the berry quaker oat filling:
- 9 tbsp quaker instant oatmeal
- 9 tbsp milk
- 6 tbsp frozen blueberries
- 10 coated paper cake case (38mm×28mm)
Procedure
1. Prepare the base crust by crushing the digestive biscuits and mixing in the milk till fully integrated. (Base crust filling)
2. Press the base crust into the paper cake case.(~1cm)
3. Mix the berry quaker oat ingredients together till the oats are fully soaked and the mixture is light purple.
4. Spoon the mixture into the paper cake cases until 3/4 full. (Makes ~10)
5. Preheat the oven for 10min at 180°C and bake for 10min.
