Ingredients
- Milk 230ml
- Bread flour 270g
- Whole wheat flour 30g
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oats 20g
- Unsalted butter 25g (melted)
- Cinnamon 1/3 tsp
- Honey 15g
- Instant yeast 1/2 tsp
Procedure
1. Prepare dough: Put all ingredients into the mixer. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Then cover the bowl and let it rise around 1h or double in size.
2. Punch down air and divide the dough by using a dough cutter. Then shape the dough.
3. Put the dough into the loaf pan/ ramekin.
4. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees in 10-15 mins.
