Fruity Oatmeal Pancake
- 1 ½ Cup Pancake Mix
- 27g Quaker Oat Cookies (Chocolate chips)
- ½ Cup Quaker quick cook Oat
- 2 Tablespoon of melted Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Milk + Slightly More if Not Enough
For garnish:
- Some mixed Berries
- 1 slice banana
- Some baked mixed Nuts
- Chocolate sauce and Honey
A quick and healthy oatmeal pancake with fruits
1. Add all the ingredient for pancake batter and mix well
2. The batter should not be too liquid or too sticky
3. At low heat, add in 1 tablespoon of butter
4. Add in the batter with a ladle
5. Cook until you see bubbles forming on the top and side of the batter
6. Flip it over and cook until golden brown
7. You can stack them up or put them separately on a plate
8. Add some fruits or nuts around the pancake
9. Add in some sauce like chocolate or honey
