Healthy and yummy Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup Quaker Quick cook Oatmeal
- 2 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
Procedure
1. Grind the oats in a food processor.
2. In a bowl, beat eggs with yoghurt, honey & Vanilla Essence.
3. To it, add oats powder and baking soda. Mix well.
4. Heat a non stick pan on Low medium flame. Apply oil or butter on it.
5. Using a ladle, pour the batter into small pancakes. When the edges of the pancakes looks done and bubbles are seen, flip them.
6. Cook on the other side and serve immediately with your favourite toppings!
