Ingredients

- 30g of Quaker Instant oatmeal

- 30g of Whey protein

- 5 Blueberries

- 10g of apple fiber

- 10g of beetroot powder

- 1 Banana

- 50g of Yogurt  

- 100ml of water

Procedure

1. All ingredients put together into brander and mix

(Super simple, enough carbo and protein for breakfast with dietary fiber and probiotics for your gut health and without exceeded amount of fat & carb)
