Oats Omelette Wrap
The ingredients below make 2 wraps:
- 40g Quaker Instant Oats
- 2 eggs
- 30g of salad vegetables (washed) (in my recipe i used spinach)
- 50g of protein (in my recipe i used both chicken breast and salmon)
- Any preferred sauce for dressing
1. Thickly slice/cube your choice of protein
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the proteins, stir briefly then fry for 10-12 mins. Plate aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat Quaker Instant Oats with the eggs
4. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan
5. Pour in 1/2 of the egg mixture and fry for 1 min until almost set, flip over as if making a pancake. Fry for another 1 minute and plate.
6. Make a second wrap using the rest of egg mixture.
7. Once you are done, you can fill in the wrap with your choice of protein and vegetables for a healthy wrap!
