Ingredients
- 150gms yam
- 4 tablespoon rice flour
- 3 tablespoon Quaker Instant Oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 200ml water
- pepper - few
- chili pepper (optional, if you prefer spicy)
- 300ml oil (for frying use)
Procedure
1. cut yam into small thin slices or pieces
2. put all ingredients into a big bowl, add in water and mix well
3. heat oil and put in half tablespoon of mixture, fried till slightly golden brown.
4. enjoy "Oats Yummy" and have a nice day!
