Overnight Oats topped with Banana
Ingredients

- 150g Quaker Oats

- 3 spoonfuls of Chia Seeds

- 1 spoonful of Honey / Yogurt

- 200ml of Low Fat Milk / Oat Milk

- 1 Banana or any fruit / nut toppings

- Optional: Granola

Procedure

1. In a small bowl mixed milk, oats and chia seeds.

2. Pour in Honey or Yogurt and stir.

3. Keep it refrigerated overnight.

4. Remove from fridge the next day to give a quick stir.

5. Add in Granola (optional)

6. Chopped banana or other fruits/nuts.

7. Ready to consume.
