Power Detox Smoothie with Quaker Oats
Ingredients

- 5 tbsp of Quaker Oats (Instant Oatmeal)

- 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds

- 1 tbsp of Cacao Nibs

- 1.5 tbsp of Your Favourite Green Powder (spinach powder was used in this recipe)

- 1 Handful of Frozen Strawberries

- 1 Handful of Frozen Blueberries

- 1 Cup of any Plant-based Milk (Almond or Coconut)

Procedure

Simple 2-step procedure:

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender
