Spiced Autumn Oats
Ingredients

- 1 chai teabag

- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

- 150ml unsweetened soy milk

- 35g Quaker instant oats

- 1 small apple

- Pinch of cinnamon powder (optional)

Procedure

1. In a saucepan, add the milk, chai teabag, and maple syrup.

2. Stir well over medium heat and let mixture simmer for 1 minute before turning off heat.

3. Pour mixture into a bowl and add Quaker instant oats. Stir well.

4. Dice the apple and add to oats.

5. Sprinkle cinnamon powder for a final autumnal touch. Enjoy!
