Ingredients
• 675g Ground chicken
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2-3 nos garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 3/4 cup (70g) Quaker oats
• 1 Egg
• Salt and pepper
• 1 tablespoon roasted sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• Vegetable oil for pan frying
Procedure
• Mix all ingredients until well combined.
• Shape into balls and flatten into patty shape.
• In pan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook chicken patty for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
• Serve with vegetables for healthier option
