Vegs Fish Oat Porridge
Ingredients

- 200g Quick cook Oatmeal

- 1 wedge of pumpkin diced

- 1 baby corn diced

- 1 small bunch of broccoli diced

- 2 slices of shitake mushrooms sliced

- 2 slices of fish

Procedure

1. Bring a pot of 500ml of water to boil.

2. When the water boils, add in the pumpkin, broccoli, baby corn and mushroom. Let the soup simmer on low fire for about 10mins.

3. Add in the fish (seasoned with sesame oil)

4. Add Quakers Oat into the soup. Stir well. Let it boil for 3mins.

5. Serve immediately.
