Ingredients
- QUAKER Whole Rolled Oat - 1/2 bowl
- Water- 1 bowl
- Goji Berries - 1 table spoon
- Roasted Black Sesame - 1 tea spoon
- Honey - 1 table spoon
- Apples - few slices
- Mandarin Orange - small size
Procedure
- Add Rolled Oat to boiling water and stir.
- Reduce heat and simmer , uncovered for 5 minutes and stirring occasionally.
- Off fire, add Goji Berries.
- Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Add Honey, Mandarin Orange, Apple and Black Sesame.
- Enjoy Blissful Happy Oat :).
Tips : To get chewy, yet not mushy texture ,do always boil the water first and then add the oats to the pot!
