Blissful Happy Oat
Ingredients
  • QUAKER Whole Rolled Oat -  1/2 bowl
  • Water- 1 bowl
  • Goji Berries -  1 table spoon
  • Roasted Black Sesame - 1 tea spoon
  • Honey - 1 table spoon
  • Apples - few slices
  • Mandarin Orange - small size
Procedure
  1. Add Rolled Oat to boiling water and stir. 

     
  2. Reduce heat and simmer , uncovered for 5 minutes and stirring occasionally.

     
  3. Off fire, add Goji Berries.

     
  4. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.

     
  5. Add Honey, Mandarin Orange, Apple and Black Sesame.

     
  6. Enjoy Blissful Happy Oat :).

     

Tips : To get chewy, yet not mushy texture ,do always boil the water first and then add the oats to the pot!
