Ingredients
4 x 200ml cookie cups
- 40g quaker oats
- 60g butter
- 20g sugar
- 1 large egg (egg yolk only)
- All-purpose flour 135g
- 35g chocolate chips
- ½ tsp salt
Procedure
Fancy having your 'cup' and eat it too? here's a simple recipe just for that
- Allow the butter to melt at room temperature and mix the softened butter with sugar and egg yolk until combined
- Gradually add the flour and salt to the mixture
- Shape the cookie cup inside cupcake liner or molds (the wall should be not too thick nor too thin)
- Bake the cookie cup for 20 minutes at 200 degree Celsius
- Remove the cookie cup from oven and let it cool
- Melt the chocolate chips in microwave or over a double boiler and coat it onto the inner wall of the cookie cup
- Chill the cookie cup in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Pour the milk into the cookie cups
- Leftover cookie dough can be made into biscuit sticks too
- Voila, enjoy your perfect afternoon tea!
