Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cake

Ingredients
- 120g Quaker Instant Oatmeal
- 90g Dark Chocolate
- 200ml Fresh Coconut Milk
- 2g Cocoa Powder
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Fresh Fruits of your choice
Procedure
1. Chop the chocolate and place it in a heat proof bowl.
2. Heat up the coconut milk in a saucepan in medium heat. Add in salt. Once it's boiled then pour over the chocolate. Keep stirring until the chocolate melted and in a smooth texture.
3. Add in the Quaker Instant Oatmeal and sifted cocoa powder. Mixed until it combined.
4. Pour the batter into a 6-inch round cake pan, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours until it set.
5. Serve with fresh fruits.
