Hearty Granola with Healthy Nuts
Ingredients
  • 4 cups Quaker rolled oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 0.5 cup walnuts
  • 0.5 sunflower seeds
  • (Can substitute the various nuts)
  • 0.5 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
Procedure
  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees C
  2. Stir oats and nuts together
  3. Add cinnamon and stir
  4. Slowly add in the oil and honey
  5. After mixing well, spread the mixture flat on a pan
  6. Pop it in the oven for 10 minutes
  7. Rotate the tray and bake for 10 more minutes
