Mango Pomelo inspired Breakfast Oats Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mango (ripe and soft, preferably honey mango variety)
- 1/4 cup quick cook oats
- 1.5 cup low fat milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pomelo segment
Procedure
- Soak oats in 1/2 cup of milk overnight.
- Cut mango into cubes and set 1/3 of it aside.
- Add oats, remaining 2/3 of mango, remaining milk and honey. Blend from low to high for 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Milk on some of the mango cubes and pomelo flesh.
- Pour into a cup and top with the mango and pomelo pulp. Garnish with a spring on mint.
